31 killed in a fire outbreak at a shoe factory in the philippines

31 workers have lost their lives due to the fire outbreak in a shoe factory located in the suburb of Manilla in the Philippines.
Someone was reportedly welding at the main entrance of the factory and then there was an explosion and the fire started.
Factory owner, Veato Ang said about 200 to 300 people work at the factory.
Jose Soriano, the Junior Regional Director, Bureau of Fire Protection, said 63 people were unaccounted for and that the death toll is expected to rise.
Investigations by the BFP are still on- going as to the the cause of the fire, they will recommend  prosecution if the evidence warrants it.
