Metro police said he refuses to surrender and is considered armed and dangerous. Investigators said they received a tip that Stone plans to turn himself in but not untill next week because he wants "to chill" this weekend.
At the shooting which happened last sunday near 59th and george town, two women and three young boys were shot by someone using a high powered assault rifle.
One of two suspects yet to be identified by the police was seen leaving the scene in a stolen 2002 silver Ford Focus with Indiana license plate W0J856.
