Dumsor is a common term used in Ghana to describe persistent power crisis, it was coined from two Twi words "Dum" and "sor" meaning 'off' and 'on'.
The situation is said to have affected students, businesses and the nation generally. The campaign will be taken to the streets soon with Ghanaian rapper Sakordie ready to join in.
