NEW BORN BABY BURRIED BY PARENTS FOR 8DAYS FOUND ALIVE

A new born baby who was buried alive by his parents because they were disappointed that he had a cleft lip was found alive 8days after in a cemetery in guangxi province in southern china.
The baby boy was discovered miraculously after Lu Fenglian, a middle- aged woman who was collecting herbs for chinese medicine, heard his cry around the mountains filled with unmarked graves, she ran to a Buddhist temple for help believing the mountain was being haunted by evil spirits.

A priest who followed her was convinced that it was a child's cry after listening, he called the police immediately and they dug the area and rescued the baby.
The child who was buried just 5cm below the earth was rushed to the Tian Dong county people's hospital where he received emergency medical treatment
One of the nurses who attended to the baby said he was in a bad condition when he arrived and had to be incubated for several days. He was said to have vomitted a black thick substance reported by doctors to be dirt he swallowed while underground.
The baby is believed by many to have survived because rainwater provided sufficient moisture for him.
Following the discovery, his parents, revealed to be ayoung couple from nearby Siping village in Ping Ma town have been traced and are yet to be arrested, but the baby's grandmother and 3 other relatives have been arrested.
