The wedding will take place at The New African Shrine, Agidingbi Ikeja.
Rolari graduated from Leeds University in the United Kingdom 2010 while Benedict is a graduate of philosophy from Cambridge University.
Yeni Kuti, Rolari's mother said in an interview with TV Continental that Rolari is still a virgin.
Sources close to the family say the ceremony at the Shrine is strictly by invitation and the white nuptials will be later in August in the UK.
